Responsibilites:

1、 Assist The Creative Director to deal with daily admin works, including schedule arrangement, financial reimbursement, project follow up and other issues

2、Organize order meetings, including arrange and decorate the meeting site, stage construction, part-time employees and models arrangement, coordinate order meeting related issues with Franchise Department

3、Product delivery date follow up, make weekly report and present to The Creative Director.

4、Communicate and coordinate with other departments, follow up related project

5、Responsible of managing a team to high level

6、Responsible for SELECTED collection presentations, Trends, sales- material and visual merchandising guidelines in stores for the Chinese market, in corporation with Display/ Marketing teams.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience 1-3 years, preferable have MNC working experience.

2、Good communication and coordination skills.

3、Work under pressure, good time management.

4、Independent personality, high efficiency and good at execution.

5、Proactive and careful with work, good team spirit.

6、Logical thinking and willing to learn and think over.

7、Proficient with MS office, especially in Excel data processing and analysis.

8、Fluent in English, both verbal and written, this position requires a lot of daily communication in English, prefer CET-4 level or above.
