Budget Generating

-  Generate and control product budgets for all seasons, based on sales target and historical product analysis.

-  Always make sure budget is generated on the right category mix

Inventory Management

-  Monitor product deliveries from the point order replaced to product available for sale. Ensure on time “delivery” of all products to shelf.

-  Ensure the establishment and development of all inventory management reports. Create and run different product analysis such as size, category, fitting, color etc, to help the clearance/movement of stock.

-  Review inventory situation on a weekly basis for all brands

-  Responsible for all inventory replenishment: right amount of right products at the right time.

-  Find solution for excessive inventory with sales team; give recommendation for promotions to sales team

-  Ensure inventory re-allocation and consolidation between EC & National Retail on weekly basis.

-   Monitor and control the discount ranges of all products in store. Control product discounts for out of season products based on product cycle.

Product Ordering

-  Ensure on time ordering for all brands-both in season and out of season products.

-  All orders must be taken based on reasonable product budgets prepared. Ultimately be responsible for the achievement of products ordered-both in season and out of season products.

-  Analysis on sizes before and after order meeting; always make sure we are having right sizes for each category / fitting

-  Provide to sales team with full product analysis before ordering meeting

- Responsible for continual improvement cycle of report template improvement

Trouble Shooting

-  Trouble shooting on any inventory related issue

-  New product related projects.

-  Ad hoc report generation for decision making in product management team
