Responsibilities:

1. Drive delivery own platform sales  to supportsales growth:

- Develop 7 innovative marketing campaigns incl. mechanism/communication/media investment optimization to beat year ago

2. In line with “anytime anywhere strategy”, to establish new biz model and set up strategic pillars incl. menu/communication strategy and financials to bring incremental sales:

- Develop superior delivery experience incl. mechanism/communication campaigns development

- Explore and develop models for strategic pillars under “Fix Time, Free Delivery” model

3. Drive smart delivery which is an end to end digitalized delivery platform  to improve brand efficiency, penetration, conversation as well as rider cost optimization.

4. Contact windows with LSM Groups under the new Delivery BU structure

Requirements:

- 10+ years’ experience in marketing function of multi-national FMCG company

- Experience in digital & e-commerce is preferred

- Good communication skill within and across functions and levels to gain commitment and build partnerships for effective working output

- High sense of innovation and motivation to drive changes for continuous improvement

- Result driven, and be willing to go extra mile for better result

- Winning attitude under high-pressure

- Be curious about new things, be sensitive to the new trends, and be willing to learn and apply it to drive business
