Responsibilities

?Assist to develop annual digital marketing strategy; identify and priortize digital media platforms, essential consumer engagement touch points across digital networks, and selected online engagement communities for delivering engagement content to target consumers.

?Syndicate, supervise and is also capable to operate vertical digital media sites and channels to maximize the output of different digital marketing content; work across teams to drive and fulfill strategies throughout daily execution; capable to take and complete KPI target via digital marketing efforts.

?Weekly and monthly track and cross check content marketing context and demonstration of engagement format appropriately distributed across digital pages; clear and supervise to ensure the consistency of such demonstration fully serving business purposes, brand communication goals with target consumers.

?Stay ahead of online media technology, internet affiliate marketing and social network marketing to make recommendations on improving consumer engagement experience and company’s investment in digital content marketing.

?Track and audit digital marketing spending and planning budget, within guidelines and assessment setting for sales results from managers; measure how well digital content marketing efforts help company brands achieve brands targeting goals and sales, and provide fine-tune recommendation on monthly basis.

?Communicate and manage external digital marketing agencies, ensure their execution meet company brands business goals and supervise the allocation of their workload and digital media budget to be more measureable and achievable.

?Sales data analysis, research understanding digital market dynamic, fast to learn map out and update industry brands’ best practices and brands’ roadmap to deliver the effectiveness of content marketing inside and outside eCommerce platforms.

?Be able and comfortable to assist to develop digital marketing proposal, recap reporting, and other data reporting projects.

Requirements

?3+ years of experience in on-demand content marketing generation, or on-demand digital marketing and campaign management work.

?Strong interpersonal communication & problem-solving skills; resourceful and flexible at tackling complex challenges in a timely manner.

?A proven track record of delivering a consistent, sustained qualified content marketing implementation through different digital channels, esp. to bridge through eCommerce and social platforms.

?Strong understanding of strategic brand building & habit changing in local market.

?A can-do attitude with hands-on skills to plan and execute assigned projects. Must be comfortable rolling up sleeves to get the work done.

?A data-driven approach to marketing. Make fact-based assessment for management-level decision making.

?Work proactively with others to share the insights and assist to drive change and get improvement via content generation and engagement in digital platforms.

?Self-motivated with result-driven; passionate on the job and the fast-change of dynamic industry.

?Strong and proven project management skills.

?Proficient in Mandarin & English reading and writing.
