Responsibility:

?       Support leads to manage relationships with client stakeholders and identify power map

?       Collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders: delivery leads, account management for service delivery, capability showcase and new business development for the deals

?       Development and implementation of change activity plans for approved procurement change initiatives.

?       Support the successful delivery of best practice procurement change initiatives.

?       Lead cross functional  sourcing projects by using the 7-step sourcing process

?       Monitors KPIs and ensures we are on track to achieve targets and prepares advanced analysis and presentations hereof, to be used for business management and reporting.

?       Maintain data quality of our Procurement Spend, Service Categories, Contracts

?       Monitors internal customer satisfaction.

?       Monitors supplier performance.

?       Contribute to the maintenance of a mature suite of standard approaches and tools to support all key procurement activities, reflective of any process changes arising from new initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

? 4-10 years of sourcing and procurement consulting and / or in-house transformation experience

? Ability of fast learning, working under pressure and willing to accept new things;
