Responsibilities:

• As representative of finance, lead or participate in projects of new business model set-up, both in system and process aspect, including data interface, settlement mechanism, account management and contract review. Most projects are related to SPF or e-commerce.
• Prepare accounting manual or operation instructions to related operation team about new processes/systems/projects and guide them to build SOP for effective and efficient daily operation.
• Make documentation and timely update key data flow, key controls of new processes processes/systems/projects, and key master data for knowledge sharing and reference.
• Monitor process/system performance and work with related functions to diagnose root cause, design remediation plan for any technical issues.
• Keep close communication with key stakeholders and discuss with project team, IT team or Finance System Support and ensure they are addressed in future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in accounting, finance or Computer Science,  with professional accounting certificate is preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in auditing, or finance, business control and/or accounting; experience in Big-4 firms is highly preferred
• Experience in E-Commerce business and finance system is highly preferred
• Familiar with computer skills, and ability to use ERP system and spreadsheet packages;
• Risk management mindset, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Self-motivated and good sense of time management, ability to work with high efficiency while maintaining strong controls and customer service level
• Good Communication skill and strong team work spirit
