Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute operational/financial audits and ensure quality and timely execution.
- Review working papers, audit findings and recommendations.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve response to audit issues, documentation quality and project management.
- Review and monitor status of corrective action plans to ensure timely, effective gap remediation.
- Provide recommendations to improve operating efficiency and traction for strategic initiatives and operating targets.
- Resolve obstacles and appropriately escalate critical issues to Audit Director and stakeholders’ attention.
- Assist in preparation of audit reports to ensure effective communication of issues and risks impacting business and financial reporting.
- Assist in the development of internal control framework. Take part in risk management and internal controls evaluation.
- Participate in other ad hoc audit projects for risk control and valued-added recommendations.
- Support the embedding of governance, risk and compliance across the business by providing routine guidance and audits to functional and business unit management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
- US CPA, CICPA CIA or other equivalent audit-related certification
- Minimum 7 years of audit experience including Big 4 audit/risk advisory experience with experience in operational audit is required
- Experience in SOX 404 and US GAAP financial statement audits
- Familiarity with IT Audit - ITGC, ITAC, Segregation of Duties, IT Security is a plus
- Forensics and other compliance-related investigative experience a plus
- Detailed understanding of process and controls, such as COSO framework, to ensure strong controls to protect shareholder interests
- Demonstrated business acumen and detailed understanding of business processes
- Demonstrated project management skills and strong influencing and communication skills both verbal and written
- Mature, proactive, able to achieve breakthrough results in productivity while maintaining quality assurance and high client service levels
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
- High level of integrity. Reliable and demonstrate high ethical standards
- Willing to travel (approximately 25%)
