1. Be responsible for the sales management and sales performance of the stores in charge;
2. Taking part in creating and implementing the J.Lindeberg Sales Strategy.
3. Analyzing sales figures and KPIS and setting goals for each store and follow up on a daily, weekly and monthly base both in person and on WeChat
4. Work close with Training Team and Visual Team to make sure all staff are trained in the Seven Habits and all department stores follow the visual guidelines.
5. Work close with marketing in strengthening our brand by sponsorship and product activation.
6. Lead and develop the team of Area Managers in daily operations, brand heritage, Brand values, leadership and company goals.
7. Assist our Area Managers in creating and implementing store routines and meeting structures.
8. Find new business opportunities and maintain and develop good relationship with the shopping malls and solve the cooperation problems 
9. Create and host product clinics and workshops the goal to improve our performance.
10. Act as a positive role model by living our brand values and showing how we do things by store visits and working with the team in stores.
