Key responsibilities:

• Mass media and social media strategy:
• Design the mass media and social media communications plan in coordination with PA colleagues and brand teams
• Advise Management and brand teams on mass media relations activities
• Mass media and social media relations:
• Advise Market PA Colleagues on the mass media inquiries and responsible for mass media communications
• Build up and maintain the relationship with general media, life-style media, and KOL on social media platforms
• Mass media and social media monitoring:
• Keep close eyes on the media coverage and social media posts about the Company and its brands collected by Monitoring Agency
• In coordination with PA colleagues to manage potential issues and reputational risks early on and then contain or avoid negative media coverage
• Content development (include but not limited to below):
• Guide and support market PA teams to generate stories to build the good image of the Company and its brands
• Responsible for social media content management and marketing
• Plan, write, organize, and manage the content
• Responsible for managing the execution of the editing process and improve the quality, and audience engagement of the publications
• Develop and implement annual promotional plans by window/ activity, responsible for content planning, topic selection, team coaching, communication and organization
• Lead/support other corporate communication activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in media and communication, marketing, etc.
• At least 8 years in mass media and social media area, strong planning, writing, content development and marketing skills, strong creativity, professional experience in food related industries are preferred.
• Strong business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business development skills and resourceful.
• Understanding the landscape and the dynamics of both media industry and Retail/ Restaurant industry
• Deep understanding and strong expertise in online media. Extensive experience in online product marketing and management is preferred.
• Deep understanding in branding and marketing, able to identify, capture, track and analyze relevant topics and issues
• Fluent in spoken and written English
