Job description：

  

1. Strategy & Planning

  

• Conduct marketing research to better understand our customers, their needs and work with team to develop innovative brand strategies and plans; Monitor collection and analysis of customer information

• Oversee research and analysis of marketing related strategy and practices

• Contribute the product communication strategy and define and develop the Tailor-made communication planning for each key model / product cluster, in Order to ensure brand and products have the most innovative and cutting-edge digital strategy

• Ensure a real integration from planning to execution and evaluation, closely Collaborate with marketing functions (creative, media), as well as PR, events.

  2. Marketing Communication, Creative and Media ATL/BTL

          

• Communication development and classical image (brand and product) advertisement including new media activities Steer development of media plan

• Monitor and control media budget

• Oversee implementation of media plan and track performance

• Establish digital infrastructure

• Manage and track product digital communication

  3. Digital touch points implement

            

• Develop digital strategy and establish digital infrastructure

• Social media:

  Manage company presence in social network including weibo, SNS, online forums. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs to maximize results

• Digital campaign:

  Develop & oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns and provide overall evaluation

  4. Budget Management

• Manage marketing budget planning & forecasting to meet departmental targets

• Oversee overall digital marketing spend/budget , making adjustments to plan to deliver business targets

  5. Agency management

                  

• ？ Lead agencies to ensure digital plans are delivered and fully optimized
