Responsibilities:
* System business support
- Responsible for system routine support to LC field team on master-data maintenance, users authority controlling and system training
- As the power user at corporate level, take the lead in coordinating with operation team, IT and system vendor to implement new LCs’ TMS including system configuration, data-template maintenance, functional testing and user training
- Learn and master system functional knowledge particularly in using and configuring the core module of delivery routing
- Work on the transportation solution design with system modelling, process mapping and business case study to support the business excellence
- Connect with system vendor on defects shooting, system upgrading and new enhancement implementation as business require

* Efficiency tracking and optimization

- Conduct periodical transportation efficiency tracking and KPI reporting by nation-wide and LCs level
- Explore the opportunities to improve the productivity through the benchmarking, modelling and best practices sharing among the LCs
- Translate those opportunities into solid business case and support LCs to implement with the target benefit achieved

* Logistics project support

- Take the assignment of implementing new initiatives and driving business excellence
- Support the logistics project as assigned

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree or above with majoring in logistics is preferred
* 5 years related experience with transportation system implementation or support in FMCG MNC or retail industry
* Project implementation experience with the proven tracking record of the delivery (TMS relevant preferred)
* Strength in solution development, process mapping, business analytical and problem solving in term of logistics field
* Good personal communication skill, open-mind and high potential of learning
* Familiar with Microsoft office and power user on Excel and PPT
* Self-motivated and willing to take the challenges under the pressured circumstance
* Fluent in Mandarin and English in written and spoken
* Travelling is required on business occasion
