Responsibilities:

1. System Support

* Provide timely and effective system related support and on-going training to HR end users

* Actively respond to internal customer requests, provide customized solutions and conduct requirements analysis, functional design and system configuration to meet the requirements

* Assist with HR data analysis by providing management reports.

2. Project Management and Communication

* Manage system enhancement project with technical team or external service providers to achieve the new business objective within all of HR related systems, including PeopleSoft, e-Approval and other 10+ systems..

* Track project plan by cost and scope in time to ensure within project baseline.

* Have a good communication with vendor, internal HR user and IT team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree with major in Computer Science, HRM or Business Administration

* 3~5 year experiences in ERP/HR system implementation or maintenance, PeopleSoft is highly preferred.

* Good understanding of C&B and other HR policies/processes/practices, FMCG or service industry is preferred

* Strong problem-solving skills with initiatives and be able to work independently

* Good communication skills, learning agility, project management is preferred
