Responsibilities:

- Support management team on business strategy development by conducting business analysis, industry and competitor analysis, and integrating insights from different stakeholders and trend observation

- Identify the strategic issues and potential opportunities for sustainable business growth

- Project management and support brand initiatives to drive business growth, etc

- Support financial analysis, five year plan and target setting activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in finance or business degree

- 5 years+ related experience with 3+ years consulting experience in consulting firm preferred

- Strategic thinking, familiar with strategy and marketing frameworks / tools

- Excellent business sense and judgement

- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin; good communication skills

- Solid Powerpoint and Excel modelling skills

- Strong analytical abilities and attention to details

- Fast learner and enjoy working in teams
