Responsibilities:

1，Daily regulatory supports for food & food contact materials

？     Regulatory compliance check for SPEC & food additive

？     Provide food safety & regulatory advice for queries of food & food contact materials

2， Food regulatory compliance check for menu products marketing communication

3， Food safety information monitoring

？     To monitor, evaluate, communicate and follow-up on food safety information/industry hot issues

？     To monitor, analysis, communicate and follow-up on food regulation & standards.

4， Food regulation training

？     Delivery trainings on food regulatory & case studies

5，Food regulation advice

？     To assess related draft version food regulation & standards, to provide advice where necessary

6， To support categories’ food safety risk assessment

7， To lead cross-function food safety & regulation projects

Requirement:

-  Bachelor degree or above, major on food science or relevant major.

-  At least 10 years experiences in multinational food companies in quality assurance or regulatory affairs roles

-  Basic Knowledge about China and international regulations & supervisions. Understand China current food industry situation.

-  Basic Knowledge and experience on food safety & quality management.

-  Demonstrated technical leadership and good communication skills.

-  Knowledge about Food Contact Material (FCM) China and international regulations, and/or experience in managing food testing plan is a plus 

-  Good command of English.
