Responsibilities:

Play as a business partner by providing financial
functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities to support the digital & CRM strategies designing, execution and measurement:

- Works with cross-functional teams to set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure solutions and identify opportunities for improvement

- Reviews new business proposals, identifies issue, risks and opportunities. Executes financial due diligence and explains ramifications of findings and recommendations for project progress

- Creates models, conducts research, and analyzes actual performance against targets in the operating plans, strategic plans, forecast, etc. as applicable

- Provides financial support to the external digital collaboration projects Conducts ad hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision-making

- Provide strategic & financial support to CRM life cycle management projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in finance or business degrees

- 8 years+ finance planning and analysis experience in fast food, retail or FMCG industry with 3 years+ e-commerce/digital channel related experience

- Experience with consulting firm or big 4 is a plus

- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin; good communication skills

- Solid Powerpoint and Excel modelling skills

- Strong analytical abilities and attention to details

- Fast learner and enjoy working in teams
