Position:  Finance Planning Manager, KFC Margin

Department:  KFC Planning

Responsibilities:

* Work with marketing delivery/Kiosk team/brand team/Development team to support delivery/Kiosk sales analysis, delivery/Kiosk business model engagement

* Work with Development team/Capital team to support multiple business model engagement, support KFC stores expansion.

* Analyze actual performance, identify issues and opportunities, work out solutions with cross functional teams (e.g. Operation, Marketing and Sourcing)

* Prepare and coordinate presentations for Brand CEO and senior executives (e.g., board meeting, investor meeting, brand strategy meeting)

* Prepare management reports and conduct presentations to senior executives covering brand performance and other specific topics

* Provide analytical support to Regional VPs and coach field analysts

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in accounting or business degree

* 5 years+ experience in fast food, retail or FMCG industry, focus in commercial finance or strategy finance

* Experience with consulting firm or big 4 is a plus

* Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin; good communication skills

* Solid Powerpoint and Excel modelling skills

* Strong analytical abilities and attention to details

* Fast learner and enjoy working in teams
