Position: Finance Planning Manager, Supply Chain

Department:  YLC Planning

Responsibilities:

* Provide deep performance analysis, and actively participating in regular business meetings and reviews, with critical thinking in terms of in-house process Vs outsourcing; purchasing Vs leasing;
centralization Vs decentralization…

* Play as a business partner to the line managers as well as the senior management of business operations

* Identify and recommend “best business option” with maximized benefits and minimized exposure of risks

* Establish economy model for geographical expansion (network planning);

* Drive complex projects for results through providing direction and financial support to PM, monitoring financials of project execution, and recommending remedy actions to get business on tract
when deviation occurs;

* Coordinating cross functionally to facilitate progressing of corporate projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in accounting, finance or business degree, member of ACCA, CICPA is desired

* 6-10 years’ related experience in FP&A or consulting;

* Strong analytical skills and superb Excel / Access skills

* Excellent interpersonal skill

* Strong communication and presentation skill in both Chinese and English;

* Knowledge of JDE / Hyperion system, Cognos or other BI tools would be a plus;
