Responsibilities:

* Work with Procurement team on alternative equipment/supplier development and approval.

* Support Food Innovation and Operations initiatives on new equipment/small-ware development.

* Provide equipment engineering technical support to field operation/C&F team.

* Use established processes (such as EDP) to identify opportunities and concepts for new equipment development, and utilize project management tools and method to ensure on-time delivery.

* Design and develop equipment as required and in accordance with food safety directives together with applying ‘best practice’ in Safety, Environmental and Quality.

* Responsible for IoT solution design from specifications, part selection, schematic entry, layout, optimization, validation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree with majoring in Industrial Automation/Mechanical Engineering

* 3+ years equipment development or IoT experience in multi-national company, with proven track records of successful project management and contribution to the team.

* Experience in the application of various types of sensors, hardware interfaces, data acquisition systems standards and their integration

* Good knowledge of computational modelling including AutoCAD and SketchUp

* Good understanding of typical engineering materials, stress and failure mechanisms ,experimental measurement and analysis.

* Deep understanding of hardware, software, control systems, wireless technologies (WiFi, NB- IoT, LoRa and Zigbee) and cloud infrastructure integration specific to IoT applications (like SmartHome/SmartCity)

* A progressive mindset, focused on driving business improvement and efficiency working with multiple stakeholders across different cultures and functions.

* Demonstrated problem solving, process development and improvement skills in a wide scope of engineering challenges.

* Good English communication skills
