工作职责:

- Identify customer and consumer requirements and set up appropriate project to support brand growth.

- Design Briefing development. Work with project team to develop rigorous, inspiring holistic packaging design briefs.

- Design Opportunity Mapping & Ideation. Lead project team to understand/ define project scope & brief through design opportunity mapping and ideation.

- Prototype preparation and improvement to meet the development objective.

- Verify and validate the feasibility through cross functional alignment and test.

- Regular project management to make sure the key timeline.

任职资格:

- Bachelor

s Degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design or related field.

- Minimum 5~6 years of related design experience in QSR, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or other relative industries.

- Experience working with creative agencies, design agencies and suppliers.

- Project management and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of marketing concepts and activities involved in packing design, package content updates, and product graphics is a plus

- Understanding of packaging products manufacture process is a plus

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A passion for purposeful/ meaningful design.

- Ability to excite and energize others through presentation and conversation.

- Familiar with design software (2D: Ai, Photoshop, 3D: Rhino, Pro/E, NX, etc.) and good English skills
