工作职责:

1. Manage design resources (internal/external) in the development of package design to establish a winning presence for our brands.

2. Initiates interaction with our business leaders, marketing, and key stakeholders to understand project scope and develop an actionable design strategy

3. Lead agency selection process and resource al"location" and may serve as lead contact, where appropriate

4. Category design trend analysis to support brand growth and build function capability

5. Expert knowledge of graphic design and communication design and its ability to drive consumer preference, knowledge on package design.

6. Knowledge on design skills of cross boundary, and design research techniques to drive insightful design solutions

任职资格:

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Product Design

* At least 5 years of experience in developing design and packaging strategies within the consumer products industry

* Demonstrated experience with consumer brands that actively leverage fashion, lifestyle, and home décor trends

* Industrial design and packaging development experience

* Knowledge of brand identity, packaging design

* Strong organizational, communication, time management, interpersonal, and presentation skills

* Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

* Attention to detail and experience critiquing and evaluating design

* Ability to work in collaborative and affinity to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
