工作职责:

* Work with 3rd party property consultant and cold-chain strategic partners for facility resources provision upon YLC network strategy.

- Work with team to consistently optimize national logistics network, study the feasibility and speed up to open new site.

- Lead new projects (new LC set up, LC migration, space expansion, contract renewal etc) to accomplish the best deal with suppliers/partners according to project requirement.

- Dig out feasibility and assist team leader to accomplish asset acquisition base on logistics property investment pipeline.

- Bring in and manage strategic cold chain 3PL suppliers and build the partnership

* Deliver rolling 5 years warehouse capacity planning and propose new facility projects or LC initiatives

- Deliver rolling 5 years capacity planning.

- Checks, correct, communicate and go-through-with FIN planning team to define capacity requirement.

- Propose/identify new project or initiatives for facility upgrade, LC migration and short-term expansion etc

* Control rental cost and provide market price analysis

- Periodically update and review rental contract or warehousing service contract with FIN, Legal and field LC

- Provide business and financial supporting to management for investment decision for identified project or initiatives

任职资格:

* Over 5 years working experiences in multi-national company (manufacturing/trading/retail industry is preferred), in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Development field, prefer MBA or with basic financial knowledge

* Over 3 years experiences in DC set up, operation and logistics excellence projects

* Have the project experience in property investment or asset acquisition is a strong plus

* Proven track records of planning and business analysis (for investment, BD experience is preferred)

* Good cross-functional communication and project management skills ;

* Flexible and self-motivated. Willing to invest time to learn and take on increased responsibilities as and when required

* Sound analytical and presentation skill

* Working knowledge of ERP system, be very familiar with MS office (esp. excel and access )

* Fluent English in writing and oral
