工作职责:

This role is expected to be able to develop a strong plan to execute store design projects and remain flexible to support change and innovation for all brands in YUM China with continue evolution in the retail F&B industry. Also need to maintain excellent branded environments and opening stores with a high degree of excellence, as well as managing and planning design resources in line with corporate strategies and brand developments.

Key job scope & responsibilities include:

* Design Management

- Design brief based on clear understanding of brands objectives to effectively communicate local conditions / features / specific cultures requirements that would impact the design / branding of the store space.

- Serve as brand advocacy in reviewing design concept that aligns with design brief and having a clear design direction that promotes brand attitude and site condition

- Further review design development and detail drawings submitted from design consultants to make sure a design intents are been carried out.

* Construction and FFE Management (Furniture, Fixture & Equipment)

- Review construction documentation in detail, make sure all elements are complete and accurate, markups and sketch are needed to improve drawing accuracy

- Review all FFE items are concept related and all detail dimensions and scales are user friendly

- Make sure all construction disciplines such as HAVC, etc. are all compliance with design drawings.

* Budget & Time Management

- Design to budget

- Select materials to budget

- Construction details to budget

- Have a total project opening time concept when pushing design and construction evelop

* Resource Management

- Understand all projects delivered are resource related matter

- Monitor all on going external resource capacity

- Review all external consultant resource excellence, and make timely actions when some issues are come to the surface.

- Resource development, rotation and elimination on a regular basis to make sure a healthy and progressive external consultant pool to support long term firm store design strategies and brand development.

* Others

- Market study / competitor review / design trend study / due diligence

- Design KPI review and maintenance

- Design direction and FFE pool review and maintenance on a regular basis

- Quarterly external designer training and know-how sharing

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the details, assemblies, and critical branded elements utilized in the construction of the store to coach external designers.

- Store development support / product in-house design concepts for significant store bidding process

- Advise professional photographers to collect store images and give specific touchup advices.

任职资格:

* At least the bachelor degree with major in Interior Design/Architecture/Fine Arts is mandatory

* 10+ years of experience in project management, design and / or construction in a commercial, luxury, retail, hospitality, F&B and / or other branded environments

* Experience in managing multiple fast speed projects

* 2-3 years international experience preferred

* Effective team player across diverse disciplines and cultures

* Excellent communication skills with cultural diversities

* Strong sense of design and its interpretation/adaptation within different markets

* Technologically savvy with proficiency in typical PC and web based system & software.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Microsoft Project is a requirement.
