PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position contributes to e-marketing/O2O digital venture success by studying enterprise/consumer requirement, designing internal data products, managing and implementing frontend/backend data systems, such as e-commerce & membership data portal, reporting , dashboards and real time mobile data reports. It is also required to have hands-on architecture/development capability of big data systems (Hive/Hadoop, Spark, Spark Streaming, Kafka, Kettle, Kylin, ElasticSearch and etc) reporting and data visualization systems.
POSITION FUNCTIONS:
1. Work closely with Yum! Digital/Marketing/Data Analytics functions, study internal user requirements and external consumer needs of data products.
2. Evaluate the value of emerging technologies and solutions by assisting with opportunity assessments and proofs of concept.
3. Design/optimize data products features and system architecture.
4. Review technical deliverables of system architecture, function component, API integration and source code.
5. Collaborate with Yum! IT vendors and deeply manage the whole life cycle of IT projects to achieve business targets.
6. Responsible for technical support in system maintenance and enhancement stage including daily issue fixing, system monitoring, system optimization etc.
7. Maintain satisfactory working relationships with different teams/functions, and vendors as required to successfully achieve assigned tasks.
8. Possess a high degree of knowledge of Yum China application development environments, software methodologies, processes and tools, etc. in design, development, testing, environment migration processes and systems development lifecycle, security management etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
EDUCATION:
？ University education in Information Technology or related major
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
？ 2+ years working experience of enterprise data products design, such as enterprise reporting system, data warehouse implementation, data dashboard, mobile data visualizations.
？ 3+ years hands-on working experience with at least 2 of following technologies, including Hive/Hadoop, Spark/Spark Streaming, Storm, Kettle, Sqoop, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Kylin.
？ 2+ years working experience with at least one of following Databases, MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQLServer/Oracle and etc, and familiar with ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Cubes , Reporting system architecture is a strong plus.
？ 2+ years hands-on working on experience on data presentation layer applications and familiar with following at least 1 technologies like Fine Reports, PowerBI, eCharts and other counterparts.
？ Familiar with project management/coordination experience in software application development.
？ Good knowledge about mobility/frontend technologies such as HTML5, Bootstrap, AngularJS, React is a strong plus.
？ Domain knowledge and work experience digital marketing, e-commerce related area is preferred.
？ Working experience and knowledge of business operation in internet companies is preferred.
？ Customer (Internal & External) marina, highly responsible, self-motivated, good team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
