职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Lead the supplier chain management system development / implementation project
Lead the supplier chain management process establishment and improvement
(Supplier chain management covers product innovation / food safety / supplier QA / supplier management / sourcing / ordering / logistic management / sourcing planning, etc.)

JOB SIZE:
Process re-engineering / System implementation for support function, which further supports the material supply for all brands/restaurants in China.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Project leader for system/process development/improvement in support function

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
EDUCATION:
bachelor degree or above

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS (and other qualifications):
10 years working experience in generalized supplier chain management (covers supplier QA/sourcing/supplier development/sourcing plan/logistic management, etc.) in multinational company, and is the expert for at least 1-2 functions.
Rich project leader experience, for both process re-engineering and system implementation.
Result oriented, good player for conflict management
Strong logical thinking with good communication skill
