Duties &Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the Human Resource functions by providing professional skills and technical capabilities, specialist subject knowledge (including employment legislation) integrity in decision-making and operational activity that is required for the effective operations of Human Resource Management .
1、HR Advisor
Provide HR advice to the College Leadership Team and line managers in line with disciplinary/grievance, employment conditions, procedures, etc., providing information, reports, statistics, as required.
Liaise with the Group HR Director and legal advisers as appropriate.
2、Recruitment and staffing
Provide all administration for the School recruitment process including: creating and placing of advertisements, creating/updating job descriptions/person specifications in liaison with the Director of Business Administration, Heads of School and Department Heads,
Provide advice on pay scales and positioning of staff on the scale with consistency for all positions.
Manage induction and exit process including undertaking of exit interviews when required.
Monitor Expatriate staff working visa and residence permit procedures
3、 Compensation and Benefits
Support the Director of Business Administration in conducting annual remuneration and housing allowance reviews.
4、 Management of staff payroll and benefits
Administer and monitor Expatriate staff allowances to ensure compliance and correct reimbursement for claims.
5、 HR Document Management and Administration
Oversee record management and record keeping of all staff recruitment, hiring, registration, review, leaves, promotions and disciplinary actions within the HR department.
Coordinate job descriptions as necessary for all non-academic staff, work with the Headmaster and Heads of Schools to develop job descriptions for academic staff.
Maintain all Staff Handbooks, HR Policy and propose amendments where necessary.
6、Performance Management
Facilitate the performance management process across the support team, including regular review and development discussions.
Prepare and coordinate with Department Directors for annual performance reviews, including an annual salary review, for all non-academic staff.
Provide, monitor and administer the support staff probationary review process.
Support and advise line managers during disciplinary and performance processes.
Liaise with the Bursar and CLT regarding performance and grievance issues.
7、 Training & Development
Support the training and development of staff
Liaise with the support staff managers and Heads of Department to provide support staff training.
Deliver training to line managers in key areas such as appraisals, performance management, absence management, etc.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor Degree on Business Administration Management or HR Management;
2、At least 10 years of experience in a management/supervisory role in human resource management or engine relations fields;
3、Advanced business administration software skills, MS office ERP system;
4、Familiar with HR management expertise and processes with hands-on implementation experience in all related aspects;
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with good business sense;
5、Ability to balance compassion and policy enforcement. Approachable and self-motivated with good sense of priority and the ability to multitask;
6、Persuasive, patient, responsive and detail-oriented, with a strong team spirit and flexibility to tackle complex problems;
Capable of maintaining a healthy organisational culture through leading by example;
7、Able to perform under pressure and work independently;
8、Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机,计划2018年下线,预计到2019年将达到年产36万台(套)的生产规模,逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机,使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶,能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求,为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。
