职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Logistics processes and equipment planning to support long term logistics strategies
2.Structural, financial and manpower requirements to meet defined processes
3.Vendor, contract and supplier evaluation and selection
4.Process measures and project target definition and agreement
5.Project timing and resource allocation
6.Definition of support processes (IT. Assembly, machining, Quality, etc.) to ensure alignment with logistics processes
7.Process development through application of FMEA techniques
8.Developing and optimising required logistics concepts in line with project requirements (timing / cost) and often changing assumptions
9.Create proposals for the approval of necessary funding

Qualifications:
1.University degree / graduated in engineering (automotive/engine) 
2.Excellent knowledge of logistical material flow planning techniques
3.Adoption and use of planning and evaluation procedures (e.g. EM-Plant, MALAGA etc.)
4.Highly developed communication skills
5.Team and individual development, management and leadership
6.Project management skills
7.Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
8.Experience of working both cross-function and internationally

       宝鸡吉利发动机零部件有限公司成立于2015年12月，注册地址在宝鸡市高新区，注册资本6000万元人民币，项目总投资45亿。公司位于宝鸡市高新区磻溪镇，占地357亩。建成后将形成年产15TD发动机零部件36万台（套）的生产能力，供吉利汽车及沃尔沃整车搭载。

       本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机，计划2018年下线，预计到2019年将达到年产36万台（套）的生产规模，逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶，能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求，为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。

       项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线；装配试验生产线；相关的工艺辅助部门；以及联合厂房（含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等）、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建，采用一次投资，一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
