职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Manage QMS team and support line manager :
Manage, motivate and develop the departmental team to ensure that optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the department are achieved and that business strategy is implemented
2.- Coodinate CQC external audit, organize the action taken to the audit findings
- Conduct QMS internal audit and process audit according to audit schedule
3.Establishment, maintenance and improvement of QMS
- Establish quality management system, conduct QMS internal audit and process audit, maintain and improve QMS in Powertrain and NEP
4.Assist project leaders and representatives with the implementation and maintaining of management systems
5.Target management
- Organize the target setting, monitor and report the target result
6.Lead quality management related enabler projects
7.5S management
-Create and improve the standards of the 5S both in the office and in the shop floor
8.-Conduct monthly 5S audit and continue improve the working environment
9.Lead QMS team in Powertrain
- Steering QMS representatives meeting/workshop. Support and coordinate departments
10.- Organize and Implement QMS training , quality awareness training and quality month

Qualifications:
1.Degree level or equivalent experience in Technical Engineering and QMS.
2.Ability to communicate and co-operate at all levels in Geely
3.Ability to communicate and co-operate with quality in Geely Group
4.Knowledge of Geely Quality systems and supplier management system.
5.Communication skill with external auditor and partner
6. Expert knowledge of quality management systems, process management, the use of quality tools, relevant standards such as ISO9000, TS16949, EFQM Excellence Model and lean systems.

       宝鸡吉利发动机零部件有限公司成立于2015年12月，注册地址在宝鸡市高新区，注册资本6000万元人民币，项目总投资45亿。公司位于宝鸡市高新区磻溪镇，占地357亩。建成后将形成年产15TD发动机零部件36万台（套）的生产能力，供吉利汽车及沃尔沃整车搭载。

       本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机，计划2018年下线，预计到2019年将达到年产36万台（套）的生产规模，逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶，能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求，为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。

       项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线；装配试验生产线；相关的工艺辅助部门；以及联合厂房（含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等）、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建，采用一次投资，一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
