职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.Detect, analyze and coordinate all in-line testing regarding issues in engine assembly (friction test, cold test, leak test) to ensure quality of engines and components produced and maximal performance of the equipment.
2.Provide expertise and communicate problems to relevant partners. Liaise, negotiate and influence them to ensure the preferred operational requirements of products and processes are met in accordance with all health, safety, environmental and BMW standards.
3.Organize, complete and analyze acceptance procedures, tests, equipment capability studies and failure mode and effect analyses.
4.Complete testing process surveillances, identify and analyse non-conformities, install emergency procedures and apply methodology to ensure that problem rectification is in a systematic approach and fully sustainable.
5.Provide robust solutions for all in-line testing related tasks and problems not solved by the production teams. Therefor initiate and lead internal and external project teams if necessary.
6.Ensure and improve all testing features in series production maintaining efficiency and minimising downtime to maximise the performance.
7.Participate in internal and external expert groups to define and implement overall methods, processes and standards in testing processes and technologies.

Qualifications:
1.Fundamental knowledge of testing processes and technology. (friction test, cold test, leak test)
2.Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues using systematic problem resolution techniques.
3.Competence to motivate and co-ordinate people and mobilise resources to achieve desired results.
4.Skills with analysing and reporting, with high level of personal commitment and motivation.
5.Ability to work on own initiative.

       宝鸡吉利发动机零部件有限公司成立于2015年12月，注册地址在宝鸡市高新区，注册资本6000万元人民币，项目总投资45亿。公司位于宝鸡市高新区磻溪镇，占地357亩。建成后将形成年产15TD发动机零部件36万台（套）的生产能力，供吉利汽车及沃尔沃整车搭载。

       本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机，计划2018年下线，预计到2019年将达到年产36万台（套）的生产规模，逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶，能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求，为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。

       项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线；装配试验生产线；相关的工艺辅助部门；以及联合厂房（含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等）、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建，采用一次投资，一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
