职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.To provide necessary support in emergency repairing which is electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic related
2.To provide special technical knowledge support regarding product quality issue analysis and improvement
3.To provide technical analysis support to related break, plan and implement improvement actions including small design, drawing and manufacturing quality design
4.To compose working instructioin of electrical related maintenance operation to keep high effective and efficient maintenance activities
5.To compose and improve Total Productive Maintenance scheduling and Preventive Maintenance scheduling with OEM instruction, technical knowledge and Geely standards
6.To identify, confirm and issue the necessary spare parts, maintenance consumables and external technical service for maintenance work, including budget plan accordingly
7.To define and update min/max stock level of responsible spare parts
8.To provide know how of electrical, mechanic, pneumatic, hydraulic and specific equipment knowledge to internal staffs
9.To categorize necessary tools and facilities for maintenance work needed
10.To support project regarding maintenability, pre/acceptance, spare parts selection and so on
11.To be the interface to sister technologies/plants regarding tools management alignment and problem solving

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor / Master degree in mechanical engineering
2.Proficiency with PLC programming, CNC, Servo, industrial bus, HMI , High level of understanding of software and hardware
3.Operational experience in a control-engineering environment applicable to manufacturing systems
4.Knowledge of electrical engineering
5.Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulic, pneumatic technology and so on
6.Knowledge of system software development together with machine process understanding
7.Knowledge of manufacturing operations processes (assembly and machining)
8.High level of understanding of software and hardware
9.Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge 举报 分享

       宝鸡吉利发动机零部件有限公司成立于2015年12月，注册地址在宝鸡市高新区，注册资本6000万元人民币，项目总投资45亿。公司位于宝鸡市高新区磻溪镇，占地357亩。建成后将形成年产15TD发动机零部件36万台（套）的生产能力，供吉利汽车及沃尔沃整车搭载。

       本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机，计划2018年下线，预计到2019年将达到年产36万台（套）的生产规模，逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶，能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求，为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。

       项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线；装配试验生产线；相关的工艺辅助部门；以及联合厂房（含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等）、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建，采用一次投资，一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
