职位描述：
Key Responsibility：

Lead, monitor and manage taem independently, take full resposibility for results and budget targets as well as for professionalism and discipline of the department.

Coordinate all functions (Planning, Logistics and Quality) related to engine assembly. Reach agreements with internal service providers and with customers (here assembly lines).

Continously optimize assembly and inline testing processes with regards to quality, volume, efficiency and costs. Improve methods to safeguard quality characteristics of the engines in the vehicle.

Manage, motivate and develop staff to ensure optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness of team Process Technology Assembly and that business strategy is implemented.

Establish and maintain effective network on process technology with European engine plants and encourage proactive exchange of know how and standards.

Monitor consequently the process parameters and performance of assembly line and take necessary actions when necessary to meet targets. Liaise with planning, maintenance, assembly and quality departments to ensure that production equipment is ready according to plan and qualified

Develop and organize staff according to GEELY standards.

Make target agreements with all leaders in group.

Identify, plan, faciliate, influence, develop and propose to team and related functions to improve and optimize all production and support processes.

Qualification：

University degree / graduated in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge of powertrain assembly processes and technology.

Knowledge of control systems and software technology.

Knowledge of project and budget management.

Higly developed communication skills in a multi-cultural working environment.

       宝鸡吉利发动机零部件有限公司成立于2015年12月，注册地址在宝鸡市高新区，注册资本6000万元人民币，项目总投资45亿。公司位于宝鸡市高新区磻溪镇，占地357亩。建成后将形成年产15TD发动机零部件36万台（套）的生产能力，供吉利汽车及沃尔沃整车搭载。

       本项目计划投产的15TD发动机为吉利与VOLVO共同研发的新型发动机，计划2018年下线，预计到2019年将达到年产36万台（套）的生产规模，逐步替换吉利集团现有的4G15、4G18、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，使整车动力的技术水平、动力性能登上了一个新的台阶，能够满足欧洲排放法规的要求，为CMA、FE、博瑞、博越系列轿车的批量出口打下了坚实的基础。

       项目主要建设内容包括年产36万台发动机所需的缸体、缸盖、曲轴等加工生产线；装配试验生产线；相关的工艺辅助部门；以及联合厂房（含联合站房、办公楼、食堂、淋浴间、充电间、毛坯库、卸货间等）、油化库、供油站、门卫室、围墙及道路等土建公用设施。项目的建设内容全部为新建，采用一次投资，一次建设完成的方式。建设工期为24个月。
