Job Description(岗位描述):



Act as the member of IT Helpdesk team in case of any information technology problems. Helpdesk service, provide first level support for hardware and software problems.



作为IT Helpdesk小组成员，提供技术服务，负责解决技术问题，维护软硬件设备。







Application Administration and maintenance duties(岗位职责):



a. Assist computer users over the telephone. Receive, diagnose and solve software and hardware problems by giving step by step instructions. In complicated cases, will suggest users bring the computer in or be on site to resolve the problems.

通过电话解决电脑用户操作问题，一步步解说指导用户解决软硬件问题；







b. Help end users in case of problems with Windows XP, Office and other applications Maintain, fix IT periphery equipments include printers, fax machines, network connection, scanner etc.

进行办公软件及办公设备（打印机、传真、扫描）的日常维护及管理，网络平台的运行监控和维护;







c. Take record of the problems; include record problems, delegate specific problems to the appropriate experts. Trace and follow all the problems till solved.

IT问题记录并追踪，直到问题解决;







d. Mange IT spare parts, perform rollout of new software packages and new hardware technology.

推广新软件包及技术。







Job Requirements(任职资格):



1. University degree in Computer Science or compatible education with 3 years working experience, international enterprise working experience is preferred.

大专以上学历，计算机相关专业，三年以上工作经验，有外企工作经验优先；



2. Broad knowledge of various IT software and hardware. Excellent interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills. Warm heart, willing to help others to solve any IT related problems. High degree of initiative, flexibility, mobility, personal motivation and independence. Outstanding analytical skills. Organized approach to work. Maintain quality consciousness Ability to handle stress and to work under time pressure



有丰富的IT相关知识，责任心强，较好的沟通和协作能力，具备良好的服务意识，能适应工作压力；

3.Excellent Chinese and English oral and written communication skills
