职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support China operation team to set up distributor network
2. Ensure the compliance of distributor management quality system and maintain proper filing
3. Setup and maintain the distributor online system and provide training to relevant internal and external parties.
4. Act as the first contact to communicate with corporate on distributor management issue
5. Implement and communicate with operation team for new distributor management requirement.
6. Provide decision making support to operation team by developing in-depth analysis tool in distributor performance evaluation
7. Coordinate with other functional groups to support distributor transaction
8. Conduct audit at distributor site to ensure quality compliance per Beckman Coulter standard
9. Adheres to policies and procedures

1. Proficient in English and good MS office computer skills (e.g.: excel; word; PPT)
2. Effectively communicates with external contacts to ensure positive outcomes
3. Focus urgency - Concentrates on key objectives despite distractions, able to prioritize work
4. Analysis and Judgement - Resolves routine issues; identifies non-routine issues and may take actions to resolve
5. Continuously learns from experiences, particularly non-routine challenges

11. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills

13. Be able to work under pressure, self-controlled

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: University graduate or equivalent
LANGUAGE: Proficient in English（listen, read, write）and Chinese
COMPUTER: Good MS office computer skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
