Key Duties / Responsibilities主要职责 |
1. Good communication with DC, SO ME and other related parties to determine KPIs according to local market circumstance and ensure the effective execution of promotion and marketing activities to achieve the KPIs 积极与营运单位市场需求、营业所市场执行及其它相关部门沟通,制定符合当地市场运作的KPI,保证促销及市场活动的有效开展,最终达成KPI 2. Responsible for the development of channel outlet, to ensure the display of product accord with the marketing merchandising standard of company. 负责渠道售点的开发工作,以确保按可口可乐公司市场生动化标准用最佳方式展示和陈列公司产品 3. Prepare for the periodic sales report about channel outlet; ensure the channel development and promotion event in line with schedule. 准备渠道售点的定期销售报告,并确保渠道开发和促销活动,符合计划安排时间。 4. Monitor the competitors’ various trade and consumer promotion activities that will affect our product sales and in-outlet execution. 注意竞争对手对我司产品销售与售点执行产生冲击的促销活动和相关计划。 5. Assist the DC activation and channel development managers to implement various DC promotion and channel activities in the selected outlets. 协助市场驱动经理和渠道发展经理在相关售点展开及执行各项渠道开发和促销活动。 6. Responsible for inventory management and distribution of various kinds of POP / merchandising materials, promotional items and sampling products, plus keep proper and accurate records. 全面负责保存和发放售点广告物品和其他促销及赠饮物品,并准确记录。 7. Responsible to manage local OOH media (including bus shelters, bus panels, bill boards , co-op signs etc.), and provide information to OU DC for developing effective OOH plan. 做好当地市场户外广告用品(包括候车亭广告、公交车体、户外大牌等媒体及户外合作店牌等生动化物资)投放的管理工作,并提供必要的信息给OU DC以做相应的户外广告用品投放计划 8. Prepare analysis and summary reports to OU DC on all consumer and channel activities on time and accurately, and suggest improvement action plan pro-actively. 及时、准确的向OU DC提供各种消费者活动和渠道活动的分析数据,并主动参与方案调整工作中 9. Assist OU DC Head to manage the local DME, eg. DME for Channel activations , DME for merchandising etc., and report the DME spending and commitment progress timely协助需求创造资能总监管理好当地的市场活动费用,如渠道活动费用、生动化制作费用等,并定期作总结汇报 10. Establish good relationship with key account. 与重要客户建立良好客情关系 |
