工作职责 Job Responsibility
统筹整个生产计划和物料计划的相关工作
Plan as a whole PMC work
管理/解决瓶颈情况和危机
Manages / solves the bottleneck situations and the crisis situations
为已指定的项目进行生产计划
Planification of the production for the assigned projects
保证按时按量并且按照客户要求的质量将货物运送到客户那里
Ensuring the satisfaction of the clients by deliveries on time and in the quantity and at the quality requested by him
保证原材料数量的优化从而使生产程序良好运作
In order to ensure the optimal quntity of raw materials for the good running of the production process
检查线束运送以保证其符合客户要求
Checks the deliveries of harnesses to ensure that they are done according to the clients'request
根据订单的变化以及新的送货计划每天检查线束的发送
Checks daily the deliveries to the client depending on the new delivery plans, resulted from the change of the orders (increases, decreases, annulments)
根据生产计划及时地下一定数量的原材料订单以保证生产的顺利进行
Puts the materials for production at disposal, on time and in the necessary quantities, in order to ensure the continuity of the manufacture process according to the production plan
与关键供应商保持联系以保证其按订单日期送货
Keeps in touch with key suppliers in order to make sure that they will respect the delivery target dates according to the sent orders
分析客户预测的波动，及时反馈缺口物料及富余物料
Analyze customer forecast fluctuations and timely feedback gap materials and surplus materials
周期性分析及处理呆滞物料
Periodically analyze and deal with obsolete materials
定期检查和更新Krosy系统计划参数
Optimize material planning and tracing process
优化物料计划流程，跟踪订单进展
Plan and review Krosy parameter and update
制定培训计划加强团队的自主性，确保团队得到培训和指导
Bulid training plan to increase team autonomu, ensure traning and coaching of team members
根据预算管理和优化原材料库存（库存剩余天数，订单总额，MOCCA订单），使库存符合预算标准
Manage and optimize the stocks of materials from the assigned suppliers (Reichweiteliste, Bestellwertliste, MOCCA Liste) in order to meet the targets for the stocks according to the approved budget

专业教育 Professional education
本科以上学历，理工科优先
Bechelor degree or above, science and engineering is preferred
专业经验 Professional experience
5年以上工厂物流相关工作经验
Five years or above logistics related working experience in factory
知识 Knowledge
流利的英语
Fluent English
熟练使用办公自动化软件
Skilled use of office automation software
培训后能了解线束产品和生产工艺
Know the harness products and production process after training
能力 Abilities
良好的沟通和表达能力
Good communication and expression ability

鞍山科世科汽车部件有限公司是一家中德合资公司，由科伦伯格舒伯特线缆公司与科博达技术有限公司共同投资设立，主要生产汽车线束，配套于上海大众生产线。科伦伯格舒伯特线缆公司是德国***的专业生产线束和汽车连接器制造商之一，是德国奥迪、宝马、大众、奔驰等十余家国际著名高端客户的A级全球供应商。鞍山工厂位于鞍山市高新技术开发区激光产业园，于2020年7月份成立，为宝马，大众提供配套生产。
