工作职责 Job Responsibility
确保仓库内物料、设备和人身安全
To ensure safety of the warehouse material, equipment and personal
负责仓库程序文件及作业指导书的制定、修改，并监督实施
Preparing warehouse document, procedures, WI, and to supervise to impletment
新建仓库/排序中心的建立，例如人员培训，设备和固定资产投资，布局设计及流程建立
New warehouse/JIS center setup, with people training, Capex investment, layout design and process setup
对库存实施控制，确保先进先出及合适的安全库存量
According to controlling the stock , to ensure FIFO and safety stock
通过100%的正确排序管理流程，确保100%的准时交付 (系统开发与PPS团队合作进行）
100% on-time delivery fulfillment, with 100% Sequencing management (System development with PPS team)
有效的现场管理，确保物料分类放置﹑标示清楚
According to effective management in the site , to ensure the material classification and identification
对下属进行岗位要求和技能的培训及跟踪
Training and tracking requirements and skills of subordinate
维护仓库内设备和工具
Maintenance of equipment and tools in the warehouse
及时审核并汇报仓库内的人事情况
To review the warehouse personnel status and report to supervisor
负责所辖区域内人员的工作安排和分配
Responsible for the employee arrangement and distribution within the jurisdiction
制定仓库员工工时分析模板，合理调整和控制人头数量
Complete the workload analysis template for each operator, adjust and control the headcount to be reasonable
遵循不合格品控管程序
To follow the nonconforming product control procedure
定期组织盘点，确保帐物相符
Organizing regular stocktaking, to ensure the account match case
上级交办的其他任务

专业教育 Professional education
本科以上学历，理工科优先
Bechelor degree or above, science and engineering is preferred
专业经验 Professional experience
5年以上工厂物流相关工作经验
Five years or above logistics related working experience in factory
知识 Knowledge
流利的英语
Fluent English
熟练使用办公自动化软件
Skilled use of office automation software
培训后能了解线束产品和生产工艺
Know the harness products and production process after training
能力 Abilities
良好的沟通和表达能力
