工作职责 Job Responsibility
负责供应商质量管理，确定并监督供应商质量目标，制订供应商VDA6.3过程审核计划，并组织实施审核
To be responsible supplier quality management, determin and mornitor supplier quality targets, planning and implementing the regular VDA 6.3 process audit to suppliers
负责供应商质量问题的处理、协调和纠正/预防措施的推动与跟踪
To deal with the problem solving of supplier quality, to coordinate, drive and follow up the corrective and preventive actions
负责建立对整个供应商的质量数据的收集、统计分析及监控，并编制月度、年度供应商质量报告
To establish the collection, statistical analysis and monitoring system of supplier quality data, to compile the supplier quality report for monthly and yearly
配合采购部，参与新供应商的开发和批准，参与供应商年度供货业绩的评估工作
Support purchasing department for developing and release of new supplier, to take part in the assessment of supplier delivery performance
工作要求 Job Requirement
a)专业教育 Professional education
大专以上学历
College degree or above
b)工作经验 Work experience
3年以上工作经验，质量相关工作经验优先
At least 3 years working experience, quality related experience preferred
c)知识 Knowledge
有较强的沟通能力
There are excellent communication skills
熟悉审核工具，如VDA6.3
Know the audit tool, such as VDA6.3
熟悉质量工具，比如FMEA，CP，PPAP，8D
Be familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA, CP, PPAP,8D
