使质量标准达到客户要求。

Make the quality standards meet customer requirements

参与FBT小组会议。

Take part in the FBT group meeting.

处理客户投诉，建立并实施正确的措施。

解决所有客户投诉。

Solve all customer complaints.

监督质量指标，采取措施解决质量偏差问题。

Supervise the quality index, take measures to solve the quality problems.

保证协调质量部和生产部门工作的质量规范和工作程序的认识与遵守的监督。

Understanding the quality specification to ensure coordination of the quality department and production department and working procedures and compliance monitoring.

保证对质量标准的系统ISO/ IATF16949、2009的认识和遵守。

Ensure understanding of quality standard system, ISO/ IATF16949 2009 and compliance.

保证其属下人员工作纪律。

Ensure that its personnel work discipline.

不断地对其属下人员进行专业教育。

Continue to carry out the education of its members.

了解并遵守内部规定和集体工作合同。

Understand and comply with internal regulations and collective contract.

管理其职责范围内的材料和人力。

协调并检查质量领班和其属下人员的工作。

为质量经理，工厂管理层，试点工厂管理层制定有关于已被告知的问题和质量情况的报告。

For the quality manager, factory management, pilot plant management about problems and quality has been informed of the report.

与其他部门协调管理内部投诉。

Coordinate with other departments to manage internal complaints.

准备并陪伴客户参观和审核。

Prepare and accompany customer visit and audit.

建立客户审核和参观后的解决问题的措施并将其实施。

A problem solving customer audits and visits after the measures and its implementation.

当有必要时检查PLP遵守情况和PLP变更。

When it is necessary to check the PLP compliance and PLP change.

监督质量指标，当质量不合格时采取措施。

Monitor quality performance, take measures when the quality unqualified.

根据客户要求检查产能研究（MFU）。

According to the inspection capacity customer requirements (MFU).

保证FMEA/KVP的有效合作。

Ensure the effective cooperation of FMEA/KVP.

填写初次样品报告。

Fill in the initial sample report.

当有问题时向试点工厂寻求支援。

When there is a problem to seek support to the pilot plant.

保证质量领班，质量检验员和其下属的培训。

Quality assurance supervisor, quality inspectors and its subordinate training.

评估其下属的工作绩效。

Evaluate the subordinate's job performance.

保证对质量经理的支持。

For quality assurance manager support.

当遇到任何超出其解决范围能力的问题时应通知其直接领导。

When anything beyond the range of capacity problems should be notified when the direct leadership.

完成任何有利于本部门发展的任何其他任务。

Complete any benefit to the Department of the development of any other task.

 关于工作保护和紧急情况的任务Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations 

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示；

Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划；

Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.

协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。

Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.

工作能力 Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education以上学历；理工科优先；

Bachelor degree or above.Science and engineering is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

3年以上质量相关工作经验；

One years or above related quality working experience in factory.

有线束制造行业经验优先

Having harness manufacturing experience is preferred

c)知识 Knowledge 

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

良好的英语读写能力；

Good English reading and writing ability

掌握FMEA，8D，7QC等质量方法；

Be able to use the quality tools of FMEA，8D，7QC 

了解IATF16949质量体系及TS五大手册；

Knowledge of IATF16949 and 5 manuals of TS.

培训后能了解线束产品和生产工艺；

Know the harness products and production process after training
