职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks      
贯彻国家、行业有关安全技术管理方面的法规与标准；      
Implement the regulations and standards of the state, industry safety technology management.      
负责编制和修订公司环境和安全管理制度及相关操作规范，并监督实施；      
Responsible for the preparation and revision of environment and safety management system and the related operation criteria, and  supervise to implement.      
负责拟定公司年度环境和安全检查和整改工作计划并组织实施；      
Responsible for preparing the plan of EHS audit and changement, and organizing to implement.      
负责公司环境因素分析和风险评估；      
Responsible for the analysis of environmental factors and risk assessment.      
负责整理公司工伤事故，安全环境检查，隐患排除，整改措施与进度等报告；      
Responsible for sorting, industrial injury accident, safety inspection, eliminate hidden dangers, the rectification measures and progress report;      
负责拟定公司年度消防演练计划，并组织实施；      
Responsible for preparing the annual plan of  fire drill, and organizing to implement.      
负责制订公司环境和安全健康教育、培训计划，并组织实施；      
Responsible for preparing the training plan of EHS, and organizing to implement.      
负责公司安全设施和器材的请购、使用、保管及维护；      
Responsible for safety facilities and equipment purchase, use, and maintenance；      
负责公司安全设施和器材台帐的建立和维护；      
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the list of safety facilities and equipment.      
监管公司危险化学品的使用和储存，特种作业人员持证上岗和安全操作情况；      
Monitor the use and storage of dangerous chemicals, and work license of special operation personnel.      
参与环境和安全事故的调查与处理，并按规定上报；      
Assist to investigate and solve the environmental and safety accident, and feedback to the superior as regulated.      
参与公司安全生产大检查和事故隐患整改的措施；      
Participate in the audit of production safty and improvement of hidden danger.      
参与职工工伤鉴定，职业病的初审工作；      
Participate in the industrial injury evaluation and examination of occupation disease.      
参与新建、改建、扩建及技改工程项目的安全生产“三同时”的审查工作，使其符合职业安全卫生技术要求；      
Participate in the safety audit of new project, rebuilding, expansion and technical transformation project, to meet the requirements of occupation safety and health technology.      
上级交办的其他任务。

工作能力 Job competences       
a)专业教育 Professional education      
本科以上学历      
College or above.      
b)专业经验 Professional experience       
2年以上环境健康安全管理相关工作经验      
Working experience in EHS for 2 year at least.      
c)知识 Knowledge       
熟练使用办公自动化软件      
Skilled use of office automation software.      
d)能力 Abilities      
良好的沟通和表达能力      
Good communication and expression ability.      
分析和解决问题的能力      
Ability to analyze and solve problems.

鞍山科世科汽车部件有限公司是一家中德合资公司，由科伦伯格舒伯特线缆公司与科博达技术有限公司共同投资设立，主要生产汽车线束，配套于上海大众生产线。科伦伯格舒伯特线缆公司是德国***的专业生产线束和汽车连接器制造商之一，是德国奥迪、宝马、大众、奔驰等十余家国际著名高端客户的A级全球供应商。鞍山工厂位于鞍山市高新技术开发区激光产业园，于2020年7月份成立，为宝马，大众提供配套生产。
