职位描述
职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks
审核、汇总各部门人力需求计划,拟定公司年度人才招聘计划;
Audit and summarize human resource demand plan of each department, draw up annual recruitment plan;
协助人事主管对各岗位进行工作分析,制定并完善各岗位的职务说明书;
Assist HR supervisor to do job analysis for each position, formulate and improve the job descriptions of each position;
根据年度招聘计划实施招聘活动,负责选择招聘渠道,发布招聘信息,组织招聘现场等工作;
Responsible for the selection of the recruitment channels, release recruitment information, organize recruitment site etc according to the annual recruitment plan and implement recruitment activities, ;
负责组织公司各项招聘活动的实施、协调、跟进和招聘效果分析;
Responsible for the recruitment activities of the organization, coordination, implementation, follow-up and recruitment effect analysis;
对应聘人员进行初选,组织面试,配合用人部门进行甄选工作;
Select candidate for the first round,organize the interview, and pass the suitable
负责建立、完善人员招聘档案和企业人才库,做好简历管理和信息保密工作;
Responsible for the establishment, perfection of personnel recruitment archives and talents bank, do a good job resume management and information security work;
协助建立与完善公司培训管理制度;
Assist to establish and improve training management system;
调查各部门培训需求,拟定年度培训计划并具体组织实施;
Survey of training needs of each department, formulate the annual training plan and organize the implementation;
负责收集、整理、编写培训教材、资料;
Responsible for collecting, sorting,compiling training materials;
负责建立和更新员工培训档案,并进行培训结果评估与考核;
Responsible for establishing and updating the employee training file, and assessment and evaluation of training results;
担任相关课程的内部讲师;
Play a role of internal lecturer;
协调内外部讲师,并向其反馈培训效果;
Coordinate internal and external lecturer, and feedback the training effect;
协助部门同事顺利完成各项工作;
Assist the department colleagues to finish the work;
完成上级交办的其他事项。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
关于工作保护和紧急情况的任务Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations
了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示;
Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.
了解并遵守公司紧急计划;
Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.
协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。
Assist in the prevention and control work on fire.
工作能力 Job competences
a)专业教育 Professional education
大专以上学历;人力资源管理专业优先
Bachelor degree or above,HR management is preferred
b)专业经验 Professional experience
1年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验
Working experience in HR for 1 year at least.
c)知识 Knowledge
熟练使用办公自动化软件
Skilled use of office automation software.
英语交流能力
Be able to communicate in English
了解TS16949质量体系
Knowledge of TS16949 System
了解当地劳动法相关法律法规;
Understanding of the local labor laws and regulations
d)能力 Abilities
良好的沟通和表达能力
Good communication and expression ability.
分析和解决问题的能力
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
抗压能力
Work under pressure.
