职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks

严格执行入库手续，成品进仓时，仓管员要核实数量、规格、种类是否与货单一致，物料入库时还要核对是否与系统订单的数量和到货日期一致；

Implementation of storage procedures, and to check the  quantity, size and type to meet the order,when the materials and product entry the warehouse; And to check the quantity and entry date to meet the order of system.

入库的物料和成品应堆放整齐，杜绝不安全因素

To ensure materials and products are placed orderly,to eliminate insecurity factors.

存货和物料入库后应及时入账，准确登记

Recording the information of products and materials in storage on time

根据作业指导和流程进行所有操作

Operating according to the work instruction and procedure

根据现场需求及时和准确的进行物料的收发

Receive and deliver goods timely and accurately according requirement of site

领用物料部门应开具领料清单，若需配套领料时，应配套领用；仓管人员应按审核无误的领料单和先进先出的原则发料

To deliver goods  according to FIFO and requirement lsit which is apply by user department.

车间领用物料或成品发货后应及时登记有关系统账及手工账

To record on paper or system on time when materials and products is delivered to customer or user.

为使仓库存货账实相符，必须做好日常盘点和季度盘点工作

To make an inventory of stocks daily and quarterly,to ensure the right data of stocks

随时了解仓库的库存情况，当库存不足、呆滞或过期，及时上报

To keep stocks on control and report to team leader if the stock shortage or overdue.

及时汇报现场的异常情况

Report to team leader in time whenever abnormal situation occur.

做好防火、防盗、防爆工作并保持库内清洁、整洁和物料的完整性

Assist to control the fire prevention efforts , the anti-theft, explosion-proof,and to keep the area clean , tidy and complete.

每天做好交接班，遵守公司各项规章制度

To hand over and take over the work every day. To respect the internal rules and regulations.

仓管人员要妥善保管好原始凭证，各类文件

To keep all records and documents effective and readable.

 工作能力Job competences

a)专业教育 Professional education

初中以上学历；

Junior middle school or above.

b)专业经验 Professional experience

半年以上工厂技术相关工作经验；

half of one years or above related technique working experience in factory.

c)知识 Knowledge

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

经过培训后对汽车线束有基本认识

Basic knowledge about electrical harnesses manufacture, after training period

d)能力 Abilities

良好的沟通和表达能力；

Good communication and expression ability.

可适应公司安排的加班；

Availability for working overtime at the request of the company;

抗压能力，适应2班倒。

Work under pressure，Availability for working in 2 shifts
