职责与任务 Responsibity and task

职责 Responsibility

 确保进入工厂的来料（线束的原材料）的质量。

Ensure the quality of incoming goods (raw material of cable harness).

 拟好原材料控制计划。 

  Draw up the control plan of raw material.

 协调和控制来料；

Coordinate and control incoming goods;

 协调和控制质量来料检验员的工作；

Coordinate and control the work of incoming inspectors;

 拟好原材料的控制计划；

Draw up the control plan of raw material;

 如果原材料有瑕疵，向供应商发抱怨；

Any defects in raw material, complain to supplier;

 若有必要，做好所有这些抱怨的文档，计算因为处理这些抱怨或者挑选许多有瑕疵的原材料所产生的费用；

If necessary, document all these complains, caculate the cost of dealing with these complains or sorting defective raw material;

 拟好供应商评估的数据；

Draw up the data of supplier evaluation;

 协调一些特别的工作，比如挑选 \  100% 检查那些可能出错的原材料；

Coordinate the special work, such as sortig/100% inspection of the possible defective material;

 送还给供应商那些不合格的原材料；

 Send the unqualified raw material back to supplier;

 处理一些下属的行政上的事务（请假，病假，加班，填写时间表，处理餐券，工资单等等), 直接和人事部合作；

"Deal with part administerial matters of subordinate (personal leave, sick leave, fill out the timetalbe, meal coupon, pyroll etc), directly 

  cooperate with HR;"

 确保培训下级，为了特定的工作场合。

For some special work to train the subordinate.

 一出现超过个人解决范围的问题，就要告知直接上级；

Inform yout direct supervisor immediately as soon as the problem is exceed your solving capability;

 为了部门内部各项工作的正常进行，履行任何必要的任务。

Perform any necessary task in order to make verious work within department on the rails.

在工作区域指导员工，定期指导下属； 

To guide the employees at work site, to instruct subordinates regularly;

 检查，控制内部指导书，工作指导书的遵守，检查有能力的员工是否制作了定期的指导书；

Inspect and control the internal work instruction, comly with the work instruction, check weather the employee who is capable make a regular instruction;

根据PSI标准， 组织所有下属的培训；

Organize training according to PSI standards;

 根据PSI标准，组织系统的控制，掌握各种部门灭火的方法；

Organize the control of the system according to PSI standards, master the outfire methods;

关于工作保护和紧急情况的任务 About work protection and emergency task

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示，监督并培训下属；

Understand and observe the specific instruction for environment, safety and healthy of our company. And supervise and train the subordinate.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划；

Understrand and observe the emergency plan of our company.

协助相关部门控制预防火灾方面的工作。

Assist other related department to control the fire preventing matter.

工作能力 Job competences

a) 专业教育 Professional education

 本科以上学历  Bachelor degree or above，Science and engineering is preferred 理工科优先

b) 工作经验 Professional experience  

 电子线束制造业 / 电子零件行业的经验  

 Experience in the field of electrical harnesses manufacture / electrical components. 

b)  知识 Knowledge

 电脑技能（Excel, Word）中等水平

 Computer skills (Excel, Word)  medium level; 

 英语 中等水平

 Knowledge of English language  medium level; 

 了解电子线束和它们的零部件；

 Knowledge of electrical harnesses and their components; 

 培训之后，了解质量标准，工作程序和与部门工作相关的指导书；

" Knowledge of the quality norms, work procedures and instructions connected to his activity in the department, after the training

  period;   "

 培训之后，能够很好掌握 Kroschu CAQ 系统 (KVS)；

 Very good knowledge of the Kroschu CAQ system (KVS), after training period;

 培训之后，了解KROSY，TDS (Teilestamm, Listen)；

 KROSY knowledge , TDS (Teilestamm, Listen), after training period; 

  培训之后，能够读懂元件的工艺图纸；

 Reading the technical drawings of the component parts, after training period; 

 培训之后，会使用测量仪器  / 设备 (游标卡尺, 千分尺, 测量拉力的设备，检查线束的设备等)；

" Knowledge of using the measurement instruments / apparatuses (sliding callipers, micrometer, apparatus for measuring the 

  pullig force, apparatus for testing the hardness etc.), after training period;"

 培训之后，会使用测量仪器  / 设备 (游标卡尺, 千分尺, 测量拉力的设备，检查线束的设备等)；

 Knowledge of the Internal Regulations and of the prescriptions of the Collective Work Contract.
