• Primary tasks

  Strategy and Standards:

• Participate in collecting data on capacity and resource planning for the appropriate plant 

• Participate in making simple feasibility studies and site investigations 

• Participate in developing and implementing measures for sustainable logistics supply quality 

• Participate in process optimizations, e.g. by compiling value streams as a planning basis 

   

  Planning and Industrial Manufacture:

• Participate in planning and implementing simple provision concepts in production for a carline project and/or across the sites in coordination with Central Logistics Planning

• Participate in permanently optimizing simple material flows at each plant in carline projects and/or across the sites in coordination with Central Logistics Planning

• Participate in conducting industrial manufacture workshop to work out mutual solutions and to optimize cooperation between Logistics and Production 

• Participate in in defining logistics product structures, compiling rough packaging concepts and industrial manufacture according to the workshop concept 

• Participate in compiling emergency plans

• Determine necessary storage levels and storage options according to standards/guidelines (high racks, market place, supermarket, JIS picking, block storage, AULA) and their regular optimization after changes

• Apply systems and calculation tools for storage levels, FIFO buffers, route planning and required Kanban buffers

• Show the capacity utilization of the storage levels over the timeline

• Ensure clear, updated marking of sources, cuts, routes, stops etc. at the plant

• Find, recommend and carry out/check process improvements in the logistics area

• Contribute to the planning and optimization of timetables, delivery time window, ramp allocation and number of exchange trailers

• Carring out packing tests, transport tests and documenting the results

• Recurit and carry out the process of collecting containers

• Prepare proposals for packaging work instructions for IE

• Fill level optimizations for existing packaging

                                              

 

  

  

Miscellaneous:

  

• Participate in compiling documentation like logistics concepts,  logistics requirement specifications and compile presentation.

• Safety production responsibilities of other management personnel of the company

• Implement the safety production laws and regulations related to the post and the company's safety production management system, and be responsible for the safety production within the scope of work;

• Under the leadership of the department head or workshop (section) head, accept the business guidance of safety management personnel at all levels, and supervise and guide the employees to do a good job in safety production within the scope of responsibility according to the requirements of "one post and two responsibilities"

  在部门负责人或车间（工段）负责人领导下，接受各级安全管理人员的业务指导，按照“一岗双责”要

  求，监督、指导职责范围内从业人员做好安全生产工作；

• To achieve the "five Simultaneities" of safety production, put safety production into the work of the staff, and carry out other work on the premise of ensuring safety

  做到安全生产“五同时”，把安全生产工作列入本员工作内容，在保证安全的前提下开展其他各项工作；

• Actively participate in various safety activities and safety production meetings, receive safety production education and training, master the safety production knowledge required by their work, enhance safety awareness, improve safety production skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities;

  积极参加各种安全活动和安全生产会议，接受安全生产教育和培训，掌握本员工作所需的安全生产知识，

  增强安全意识，提高安全生产技能，增强事故预防和应急处理能力；

• Report work safety accidents in time and protect the site

及时报告安全生产事故，注意保护现场。

  Job requirements
