   Coordinate supplier about equipment and spare parts issue 与协调供应商协调设备及备件相关事宜    Coordinate equipment procurement, spare parts and change management to optimize production costs for DEC plants to ensure smooth production 协调设备采购，备件和变更管理来为DAW工厂优化生产成本，以确保生产顺利进行       Order Equipment & new tools 采购设备及工具头   Equipment delivery date following, receive equipment in Optimain 跟踪设备货期及Optimain系统设备接收    Coordinate Equipment calibration and oversea equipment repairing 协调设备检校及国外设备维修    Apply SAP No. For new spare parts and order 为新备件申请SAP号及订购    Spare parts and consumption management by SAP 运用SAP系统对备件及消耗品进行管理     Delivery date following, coordinate suppliers to solve problems about purchase order and loading list 货期跟踪，与供应商协调解决箱单及订单问题     Send samples 发样件 § Analyze the data sheets of crimping tools,terminals,EAD and HWZ 工具头，端子，胶堵及辅助工具数据页分析     Analyze product change notices, order assembly assembly board materials & PA &HWZ and follow them 产品线束变更分析，订购板子件，检测模块，辅助工具及其货期跟踪    Compose &update BBSL according 1:1drawing and manage board numbers in Optimain 根据1:1图纸编写及维护组装板零件清单并使用optimain系统管理板子号    Coordinate to solve the problems of test adapters&fixtures 协调解决工装及检测模块问题       Provide and optimize the pin sheet for product change and test station release      提供并优化检测针位及放行检测台      Cooperate in identify optimization and propose suggestions, and implement corresponding measures       协助鉴别及提出优化建议并实施相应的措施      Set priorities within stated time and goals.       在要求的时间以及目标中确定优先权       Handle and follow up complaints（QSYS）       处理并跟进投诉（QSYS）      Other work arranged by department head       部门领导安排的其他工作

   2. Principle activities 行为准则  

  Take the main responsibility for the work safety within the scope of the work in charge, and organize the department in charge to provide support and guarantee conditions for the company's work safety in accordance with laws and regulations; 对分管工作范围内的安全生产工作负主要责任，组织分管部门依法依规为公司安全生产工作提供支持和保障条件；    Responsible for the organization and formulation of work safety rules and regulations and operating procedures within the scope of the work in charge, and supervise implementation; 负责组织制定分管工作范围内的安全生产规章制度和操作规程，并督促落实；     Responsible for the organization and implementation of work safety supervision and inspection, work safety publicity and education, risk management and control, hidden danger investigation and management within the scope of work; 负责组织实施分管工作范围内安全生产监督检查、安全生产宣传教育和风险管控、隐患排查治理等工作；     The safety production work and the work in charge should be planned, arranged, inspected, summarized, and evaluated; 将安全生产工作与所分管工作同计划、同布置、同检查、同总结、同评比；     Supervise and inspect the personnel in charge of the safety production performance and the implementation of various safety production rules and regulations. 督促、检查分管部门人员安全生产履职情况和各项安全生产规章制度的执行情况。

  Job requirements   职位要求          

 Specialized knowledge / education:      专业知识 / 教育背景：      

Higher education,Foreign equipment purchasing   experience or good experience in SAP or received similar training.   高等教育, 国外设备采购经验或熟悉SAP操作或接受过类似培训           

 Work experience:      工作经验：      At least 2 years related working experience   两年以上相关工作经验           

 Additional knowledge:       其它知识：     Good communication and coordination skills   良好的沟通协调能力   

 Fluent in English or German   流利的使用英语或德语   Proficiency in office software   熟练使用办公软件
