Principle activities 行为准则
HR Strategy · To work as part of the HR team to execute the basics and develop innovative and timely best practice HR solutions that can be implemented across the company as a whole. · Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure that we are sharing knowledge and best practice and that processes spanning the teams work smoothly and that we standardize our approach wherever possible. HR Daily Operation work · Assure the carry out of administrative/personnel activities (e.g. SAP administration, Insurances and Housing fund delivering, maintain personnel files, etc.) · Prepare materials as requested (e.g. contracts, references, etc.) · Assure the preparation of documents and consolidating data for HR reports · Working permit and resident permit apply/extend and related issue for expatriate. · Be in charge of administrative services within HR department and handle administrative issues of cross functions. · Be responsible for daily operation work assigned by team. Permanent observation and continuous improvement Proactively identify operational issues and opportunities (e.g. health and fluctuation management). Doing root cause analysis in cooperation with local HR and management team on site. Propose adequate measures how to improve and develop further. Support the implementation of concrete measures. Observe HR trends during the projects on site and feedback to superior. § All Draexlmaier HR roles require the role holder to work with complete integrity and confidentiality and are supportive of their customers both internally and externally, and of each other. We represent and consider the best interests of Draxelmaier and all employees in all of our actions and activities. § Implement the relevant work safety laws and regulations and the company's work safety management system, and be responsible for work safety within the scope of the job. § Under the leadership of department manager, accept the business guidance of safety management personnel at all levels, and supervise and guide employees in their duties to do safe production in accordance with the requirements of "one position and two responsibilities". § Include work safety in work, and carry out other tasks under the premise of ensuring safety. § Actively participate in various safety activities and safety production meetings, receive safety production education and training, master the safety production knowledge required by the staff, enhance safety awareness, improve safety production skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency handling capabilities. § Report safety production accidents in a timely manner and pay attention to protecting the site.
Job requirements 工作要求 Specialized knowledge / education: 学历
University degree (undergraduate) or comparable qualification with focus on Human Resources Management 大学毕业(本科)或相等资质的人力资源管理专业毕业
Work experience: 工作经验
minimum 2 years professional experience within HR 至少2年相关HR从业经验
Additional knowledge: 其它知识 HR Systems and Processes 熟练掌握HR体系和程序
Very good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations 熟练掌握相关法律法规知识
Computer literate – Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP would be beneficial 熟练掌握计算机- Windows, Microsoft Office, 具备SAP知识者优先 Very good English (speaking, writing, reading) 数量的英语听说读写能力
