Objective of Job

• Conduct personnel management, coordinate and support part of HR projects in China. In partnership with designated business areas and the local HR departments to conduct HR standards, guidelines, systems on site in order to improve organizational and individual performance.

Principle activities

• Technical orientation/training of employees in the field of local recruiting process of defined employee groups.
• Coordinate employees (e.g. personnel deployment planning, etc.) and system deployment.
• Provide support and advise employees in personnel, social and labor law questions, etc.
• Conduct individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration.
• Assure the preparation of documents and data consolidating for HR reporting.
• Support the trusting cooperation with employees representatives (e.g. works councils, etc.)
• Conduct the personnel selection process in cooperation with the functional departments
• Conduct personnel selection meetings and support hiring decisions in cooperation with the functional departments for defined employee groups (e.g. working students and workers, etc.)
• Assure the handling of administrative tasks (e.g. SAP and SF administration and maintenance of personnel files and recruitment files, etc.)
• Conduct probation talk for defined employee groups(e.g. working students and workers, etc.)
• Be responsible for daily operation work assigned by team.
• Proactively identify operational issues and opportunities (e.g. health and fluctuation management). Doing root cause analysis in cooperation with local HR and management team on site. Propose adequate measures how to improve and develop further. Support the implementation of concrete measures. Observe HR trends during the projects on site and feedback to HR Manager.

• Implement the relevant work safety laws and regulations and the company's work safety management system, and be responsible for work safety within the scope of the job.
• Under the leadership of department manager, accept the business guidance of safety management personnel at all levels, and supervise and guide employees in their duties to do safe production in accordance with the requirements of "one position and two responsibilities".
• Include work safety in work, and carry out other tasks under the premise of ensuring safety.
• Actively participate in various safety activities and safety production meetings, receive safety production education and training, master the safety production knowledge required by the staff, enhance safety awareness, improve safety production skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency handling capabilities.
• Report safety production accidents in a timely manner and pay attention to protecting the site.

Job and Work Requirements

• Bachelors degree major in HR related
• Minimum 2 years working experience within HR area
• Knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent English skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Office skills
