职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks

管理KSK采购活动，与当地合作伙伴讨论采购活动

Management of KSK procurement activities, to discuss the procurement activities with local partners

按照公司规定的采购流程进行采购操作；

Purchase according to company's purchasing process

及时协调解决采购物料、生产使用、客户服务过程中所产生的供货（货物短缺，遗漏，交货推迟）及质量问题；

Timely coordinate and solve the procurement of materials, production, customer service, which is produced in the process of delivery (shipment shortage, loss, delay delivery) and quality problems

跟踪采购的商品和服务的及时性；

Tracking the procurement of goods and services

比较价格，详述和交货日期来确定潜在的***供应商；

Compare prices, details and delivery date to determine the best supplier;

追踪请购单，订单的状态，计算订单成本；

Tracking the requisition, order status, calculate order cost

准备，维护并检查采购文件，报告和价格列表；

Prepare, maintain and examine the procurement documents, reports and price list

管理采购和服务合同；

Manage the procurement and service contracts

在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；

To fulfill the quantified work requirements periodically under the superior's leadership and supervision, and to handle and settle the tasks

给KSK的供应商进行市场评估并监控物料的市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本；

For the KSK supplier market assessment and market changes to monitor and control material, take the necessary purchasing skills to reduce procurement costs

上级交办的其他任务；

Other job responsibilities assigned by the superior

工作保护和紧急情况的任务 Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations 

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示；

Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划；

Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.

协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。

Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.

 工作能力Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education

大专以上学历，经济，市场销售或技术专业类专业优先；

College degree or above, economic, market sales or technical background is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

半年以上采购或线束相关工作经验；

Half of one years or above related technique working experience in factory.

有制定采购合同和服务项目合同经验优先

Experience of purchasing contract and service contract is preferred

有供应商合作的经验优先；

Experience of communicated with supplier is preferred

c)知识 Knowledge 

良好的英语表达能力

Good English in speaking & writing

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

培训后能了解汽车线束及其工艺；

Know  the harness and process after training

d)能力 Abilities

良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧；

Good communication ability and negotiation skill

分析和解决问题的能力；

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

良好的质量意识和风险意识；

Good consciousness of quality and risk

抗压能力。

Work under pressure.
