Objective Of Jobs

·         Implement the overall planning for a plant/a region of mid-term and long-term utilization of resouces (space, employees and equipments) in consulation with supervisor

Principle Activities

·         Present the analysis in production and unify the KPI into a standard form.

·         Coordinate with the supervisor and authorized region, draft and systematically import the KPI.

·         In the authorized region/area, schedule the technical guidance and training for worker.

·         Inspect if the operation are up to the standard. Take actions to rectify when necessary.

·         Adjust plant layouts according to the amount of resources and square measure of the plant.

·         Monitor plant capacities. Change and update the mode of operation before the happening of deviations. 

·         Monitor worker capacities, update the method of production before the happening of downtime.

·         Plan and monitor all relocations and transfers that are required in the plant.

·         Support for profitability calculations, regarding to different production scenarios.

·         Technical orientation/training of associates/coordinate associates/personnel scheduling

·         Take the job on representative in authorized region/external plant.

Job and Work Requirements

·         Bachelors degree or professional certification with 2 to 3 years of working experience.

·         REFA Knowledge

·         CAD Knowledge

·         Good English knowledge

·         Teamwork Capability

·         Adapt to offical journey
