带领团队完成新项目的导入，顺利量产

Finish new product introduction and go to series production smoothly

团队管理，人才培养及储备

Team management, talent development and storage

引导团体内部知识共享，建立内部工作指导文件

Guide team member to share knowledge together, set interal work instruction

定期审查现场，加强整个团队过程优化能力及现场问题解决能力

Audit line and enhance the ability of process optimization and solving issues

关注项目产量变化，特别是订单突增，提早制定相应计划

Take care the orders change and make relevant plan, especial for order immediate increasing.

线束生产现场的建立，制定项目计划以及进度追踪

Set up wire harness assemble area, making project plan and tracking status

制作项目投资计划，人员计划

Making project investment plan and direct operator plan

加强与团队成员沟通，保证人员稳定

Communicate with team member to ensure stable

上级交办的其他任务；

Other job responsibilities assigned by the superior

于工作保护和紧急情况的任务 Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations 

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示；

Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划；

Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.

协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。

Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.

 工作能力Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education

本科以上学历；理工科优先；

Bechelor degree or above.Science and engineering is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

5年以上工厂技术相关工作经验；熟悉线束制作流程，以及宝马线束标准

Five years or above related technique working experience in factory. Familiar with wire harness assemble process, and expertly with BMW wire harness standard.

c)知识 Knowledge 

良好的英语沟通能力；

Good English communication skill

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

了解IATF16949质量体系及TS五大手册；

Knowledge of IATF16949 and 5 manuals of TS.

掌握FMEA，8D，7QC等质量方法；

Be able to use the quality tools of FMEA，8D，7QC .

了解线束产品和生产工艺；

Know the harness products and production process after training
