职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks

接受来自罗马尼亚的更改文件并整理文件

Accepting and collating the changement document from Romania 

召开更改会议，将更改内容传递到各个相关部门

Holding the changement meeting and send the record to each dept.

协调罗马尼亚和研发关于更改的具体细节

Coordinating the work of Romania and R&D about details of changement 

协调物流，通知更改涉及到的新物料的准备，切换;

Inform Logistic to prepare and to switch new materials

协调采购进行新部件的采购

Apply for purchasing new parts

协调生产进行工程更改的实施，跟踪

Supervising and tracking the production to implement the changement

协调质量对更改后的新线束的跟踪检验

Tracking and supporting Quality to inspect the new product after changing

上级交办的其他任务；

Other job responsibilities assigned by the superior

于工作保护和紧急情况的任务 Tasks regarding work protection and emergency situations 

了解并遵守公司关于环境、安全与健康的特定指示；

Understand and comply with company specific instructions about environment, safety and health.

了解并遵守公司紧急计划；

Understand and comply with the emergency plan of company.

协助控制预防火灾方面的工作。

Assist to control the fire prevention efforts.

 工作能力Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education

大专以上学历；理工科优先；

College degree or above.Science and engineering is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

1年以上工厂技术相关工作经验；

One years or above related technique working experience in factory.

c)知识 Knowledge 

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

会读技术文件；

Be able to  read technical document

掌握FMEA，8D，7QC等质量方法；

Be able to use the quality tools of FMEA，8D，7QC .

培训后能了解线束产品和生产工艺；

Know the harness products and production process after training

d)能力 Abilities

良好的沟通和表达能力；

Good communication and expression ability.

分析和解决问题的能力；

Ability to analyze and solve problems.
