职责与任务 Responsibilities and tasks

对库存实施控制，确保先进先出及合适的安全库存量;

According to controlling the stock , to ensure FIFO and safety stock

有效的现场管理，确保物料分类放置﹑标示清楚;

According to effective management in the site , to ensure the material classification and identification

确保仓库内物料、设备和人身安全；

To ensure safety of the warehouse material, equipment and personal

对下属进行岗位要求和技能的培训及跟踪；

Training and tracking requirements and skills of subordinate 

维护仓库内设备和工具

Maintenance of equipment and tools in the warehouse

及时审核并汇报仓库内的人事情况；

to review the warehouse personnel status and report to supervisor

负责所辖区域内人员的工作安排和分配

Responsible for the employee arrangement and distribution within the jurisdiction

遵循不合格品控管程序；

To follow the nonconforming product control procedure

定期组织盘点，确保帐物相符

Organizing regular stocktaking, to ensure the account match case

上级交办的其他任务；

Other job responsibilities assigned by the superior

 工作能力Job competences 

a)专业教育 Professional education

高中以上学历；物流管理相关专业优先；

Junior college or above.Logistics management is preferred

b)专业经验 Professional experience 

3年以上工厂相关工作经验；

One years or above related working experience in factory.

c)知识 Knowledge 

熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Skilled use of office automation software.

了解质量管理体系及环境安全相关要求；

Knowledge of ISO /TS 16949﹑ISO14001 and requirement of EHS

经过培训后对汽车线束有基本认识

Basic knowledge about electrical harnesses manufacture, after training period
